When i wear any leather armor on the snowier snow, even if its only a boot or a helmet, i dont freeze at all

this issue makes the player imune to frozing just because its wearing a boot, or a helmet, or any leather armor part, if it was a full leather armor, i would understand it, but no, its only a boot ._.
