[MCPE-183289] Powdered snow does not freeze the player on Hardcore Mode

I did not take damage when falling in to a pile of powdered snow. I checked the current open bug reports, and I'm fairly sure this hasn't been reported yet. I was playing on Hardcore Mode at the time.

Steps to reproduce:

Create a Hardcore World
Find some powdered snow
Take a cold bath in it

Did you test without using leather armor to get freeze from powder snow on your player?
