When scrolling in your hot bar using your scroll wheel on the mouse scrolling once, it jumps into hyper speed and scrolls multiple times in your hot bar. It is unusable and can't be stopped until it slows down itself and stops. The only way I have fixed this is by using the numbers on my keyboard to go to the items in my hot bar.
