After the latest update my performance has decreased significantly. My fps used to be around 60 to 120 and now i can bearly reach 15. My drivers are all updated and so is the windows. I have used lowest video settings on Minecraft but there was no difference. I am sure its something in the new update that messed up my performace because i have another device with similar specifications to this one and it had an older version of Minecraft Win 10 edition. (1.16.100.4) and it was running just fine. I was playing survial single player then i wanted to play on some servers but then got a message that i am running an older version so i updated. After the update i am having the same problems that i have on my primary device now. Another reason why i think its the Minecraft update is because all my other games work fine. If something in my computer was damaged or the windows/drivers was outdated then the games should have been affected.

OS - Windows 10 Home
Processor - AMD E2 7110 Quad core
GPU - AMD Radeon R2 Graphics (512 VRAM)
RAM - 4GB ddr3 800MHz

Hi, this seems to happen with mobile too, in Google play, I saw several people complaining about this problem too. And I'm also going through this, that I play on mobile. chunks load slowly making it possible to walk through them. in addition to this already reported framerate problem. My phone is brand new and I really get discouraged from playing with this serious problem ...
