Bad lag affecting my worlds after a few weeks using them

So whenever I create my worlds, they work just fine up until a few weeks later. They lag really bad. The delay is so bad that it’s impossible for me to play without starting new worlds to avoid lag. Sometimes it shows me the loading bars screen when I try to open chests and it takes forever to go back to normal.
