I logged onto my world and all my inventory items (except a sword) were gone. I was also receiving tutorial messages like it was the first time I logged in. I tried logging onto two different xboxes but still nothing.

Likely MCPE-55815, although it's strange you kept your sword
was your skin different too? it may be an error that Minecraft thinks you are a new player. Have you deleted the account? Or played from an very old version (a few years ago) and updated to the latest version?
