Recently downloaded MC on new fire 10 tablets and cannot create a new world. It says there was a problem loading the world.

We're actually already tracking this issue at MCPE-107503, so I will resolve and link this ticket as a duplicate.
You may be able to fix this issue by allowing "Contacts and Storage" for Minecraft. To toggle this setting, navigate to
Settings > Manage Storage > Internal Storage > Apps & Games > Minecraft > Permissions
