[MCPE-112750] When ever I start up minecraft windows 10 edition the screen starts flashing red and black..? Is it because of the new update because a few days ago it was working perfectly.

Can that be normal or is the update of minecraft bedrock cause I've tried multiple things and it just doesn't seem to work.
