When I go to a server, 3/4 of all chat text is not recognized in chat screen but I still can read it when it appears in-game.

@unknown, did you log in at the server before trying to chat? Some servers have a setting that disables chat prior to logging in. I see the second screenshot is asking you to register, so you haven't yet logged in in that one.
I logged in. Anyway it happens also on my own server and in local when you get kicked with colored reason.
