Redstone torch has no burn out sound

There is no way (yet) of how to make a redstone torch burn out, so I do not see why this is a bug. (It should be added when repeaters are added)

No, you can actually burn out a torch with the loop circuit shown in

. It burns but produces no sound indeed.

Does this issue still affects 0.14.3?, if so, please respond
