When I try to join a friend’s world and even when my friend tries to join mine it says “unable to connect to world”By the way I have the latest version of IPadOS and MCPE v. 1.16.201, please fix it. (I don’t know if it happens in Android, because I have an iPad)

I am having the same issue with my two sons... one plays minecraft on Xbox one and the other on Ipad. They cannot join each other's worlds. Please help!
