Summary:
Fences and walls can connect to powder snow, but glass panes and iron bars cannot.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Place powder snow

  2. Place a glass pane and iron bar next to it

Observed Results:
The glass pane and iron bar do not connect to the powder snow.

Expected Results:
The glass pane and iron bar should connect to the powder snow.
