When launching a game on Windows 10, the game does not load, but after a while it starts. Can you explain what's the matter?

Is this still an issue in the latest version? If so, can you please add it to the affected versions (or mention it if you are not the reporter).

Do you mean it is just taking a while to load? I have found that mainly after the latest update the game takes longer to load than normal (especially on lower end devices).
