[MCPE-11373] Redstone-relative

When I try to place any solid block on top of the torch here (where arrow is pointing) game crashes. This is the same in beta build 2.

Hi, does this still affect 0.13 build 5? I think I correctly built your structure and placed the block where your arrow points and the game did not crash for me.
