I currently have a survival world my brothers and I play on and almost every time they log back into the world their progress and level is completely reset as if they have not been on the world before( they spawn at level 0 with no map at the original world spawn). We have no cheats active so it's becoming progressively difficult to play on this world, and it has gotten to the point where I am the only one playing on it. I have never encountered a bug like this in all my years playing MC and I can't seem to find a fix or anyone else that has dealt with this bug.

I have a question, are you playing on Xbox/PS4? and if so, when they join the world, are they joining on an actual Xbox/PS4 account or are they joining as a guest on split-screen?
