[MCPE-113887] it won't let me connect to world with my friend. we've done it so many times but it keeps saying it can't connect no matter what device or wifi we're on

i played on this world with my friend many other times together, and we played apart once too and it was fine. but now it's saying i cant connect to the world and i've tried other devices and worlds, and even playing together it says the same
