I am having the same issue. I played on my realm last night on my Nintendo Switch. I can’t access my realm this morning on my switch or my daughter’s iPad. It doesn’t have to do with you replacing the realm and it isn’t the internet connection. I have checked my internet and restarted everything multiple times. I think it’s realms itself.
Exactly the same issue on Windows 10. Failed... Try again later. We have had similar problem for weeks but usually get in after lots of tries. Today we've been trying all day.

Today I replaced my realm with a new world. Soon after, I couldn't join or load it and the same thing happened with another realm I tried out. I don't know if it was because I replaced it or if that was just a coincident but it won't work now.
