When logging in (my daughter's account) a notice came up saying that her Realm had expired and that it needed to be renewed. We just finished our one month free trial, but had already entered PayPal details for renewal, when we took out the trial. So we now clicked to renew, signed into Microsoft as prompted, and it's now charged me another £6.69 for what looks like a second subscription! And added a second realm, which we did not want! Presumably I now have to go in and cancel that renewal settings on that he one, so I don't get charged twice again next month? Why did it say it needed renewing, if it was already renewed (days ago!) And why did it let me pay twice? I wouldn't be quite so angry, if we could even get into either of the realms! But every time we try to, it says failed attempt to login, try again later (that's a whole different bug, I presume, as I see from the reported bugs list!)
Thank you for your report!
