[MCPE-114095] Can't connect microsoft account to PS4 version

I can't connect my Microsoft Account to minecraft on ps4 and because of that, I can't play with friends on other platforms.

I keep getting the "Oops! Looks like the Microsoft Account you are trying to use is already connected to another account on "PlayStation Network" even though my account is brand new and it was never connected before.

Isn't MCPE-96635 for when you actually had another Microsoft account previously linked?
