My Minecraft inventory and level reseted back to nothing

So I was just in my creeper farm afk getting some gunpowder, then I realized no creeper were spawning so I change my render distance form 16 to 4 because that what the creeper farm tutorial said to do.After a few seconds my Xbox shuts down and then it resets so I log back in to my account then into my world, and o somehow spawned back in the world spawn with nothing just a map and I thought I created a world by accident so I back out and go back to my world but I was on the right world.I start looking around and I see that I was in the same world, all the things I build were still there but I had nothing in my inventory I go to my base to check if everything was there and it was so I check my ended chest and there was nothing.I tried to fix it but nothing.
