I bought craftable furniture template by shapescape for 995 minecoin and when we try to create the world it starts to load and then it says generating world and then it says ‘the software was closed because an error occurred.’ Then it closes out my Minecraft. We deleted it and redownloaded it again and it’s still not working. All other templates are working fine. Can you please refund my minecoin or fix the bug? Thanks.
