I bought Craftable Furniture by Shapescape. I see the "loading resources" screen and the "generating world" screen and then receive the message, "The software was closed because an error occurred." All other resource packs load and do not present the error.

I would also like to know this please, in the same position, very disappointed child. If no fix possible how do we go about requesting a refund. Thank you.
Very disapointed as well, i bought for 2 Nintendo switch and dont believe you are taking actions to solve or to refund. Awaiting for a response
I contacted Minecraft Customer Support and they took ages to reply. They said they could not help with this issue and to contact Mojang. It seems we are going around in circles with this. I would think at this stage an automatic refund for anyone who has purchased this is on the Switch is in order! Not impressed at all.
I would like to add that on the switch you also can’t connect to friends worlds, with the craftable furniture. Tried to join a friend just to try another way and it still crashed.
Hello, I contacted the content creators of Shapescape. The opinion of Shapescape is that the bug is in the Switch edition of Minecraft:

I am grateful for the work of the content creators as well as the work of the platform creators. Having said that, I would appreciate if both parties take responsibility and together find out where the bug is.
Then hopefully our kids and we can finally enjoy Craftable Furniture on the nintendo switch 🙂
