I have submitted two separate tickets with Minecraft Customer Support, over the last 3 weeks, and have had zero response.  How do I go about getting a refund for this product?

 

Do you have an ETA on when this may be fixed?  I bought this for my child 4 days ago and am wondering whether to get a refund as he hasn't been able to play it.  TIA.
