My son has purchased Craftable Furniture but cannot load into the game, every time he tries it crashes and brings up an error screen. I notice other users have reported the same problem, when is this likely to be fixed please? He saved to buy it and is very disappointed.

Thank you for the screenshots! Now I know the issue is a duplicate of MCPE-114221. The issue is currently being worked on (even though the Jira issue is resolved as invalid, I know it is worked on) but we can't promise it would be fixed soon. Please be patient.

We have had the same problem which has been going on since January. I have contacted the maker of Craftable Furniture who are based in Germany, and they have said the fault lies with Microsoft as they own Minecraft Market Place. As soon as the maker realised there was a bug on Nintendo Switch, they pulled it, but some had already purchased it. Is there a chance this could be fixed? If not, how do we receive a refund of 990 mine coins please?
