Please could you tell me how to get a refund on this. Craftable Furniture has disappeared altogether now but my son has not received a refund. We do not have a transaction code as I bought him coins through the Nintendo eshop which he spent on the pack.

I contacted Minecraft Customer Support and they took ages to reply. They said they could not help with this issue and to contact Mojang. It seems we are going around in circles with this. I would think at this stage an automatic refund for anyone who has purchased this is on the Switch is in order! Not impressed at all.
