what happens: the first time a new screen is loaded the loading takes extra long and an error is thrown
what should happen: the loading screen should be normal

This is NOT a bug that has to do with something a third party content dev did. It is a bug in the subpacks feature which is hardcoded into the game

If so, feel free to create a new bug report. However, you will need to be much more specific and complete about how to reproduce the problem. Don't just say "get a texture pack" etc. Be specific as to exactly which pack to get. Someone will have to reproduce the issue you are seeing. The following format should be used in future reports:
