My son purchased World of cars, it goes through the loading resource packets etc and then says "can't connect to world, check internet connection". There is nothing wrong with the connection and plenty of storage on the tablet. I have deleted the world even out of storage, template too and downloaded again same issue???

I did turned the multi-player off and nothing changed.
