On my sons switch, the game takes ages to load and then freezes when logging in to his microsoft account, but works fine on xbox.
When he uses another profile on switch, the game works fine.
Can anyone advise.

I have had this same issue for 3 years, i've tried clearing storage (did not work), i've tried re-downloading software multiple times (did not work), i've tried restarting (did not work), i've tried signing out of everything involved with the game (still nothing). But it works fine on any other account on my switch. But i dont have online on them so it defeats the whole reason why I want to play.

This all started when he used minecraft on xbox. I have just signed out of his microsoft account on switch, but still taking ages to load. Surely there must be a fix. The online subscription does not end until end of 21.
