TP in command block not working

When entering tp @p xxx yyy zzz the command block defaults to ######## syntax error only on certain coordinates,

so i did 165 51 -4 and it worked , then i did 165 51 -11 and it stop working giving the error above.

the command block is 168 51 0
so it isnt very far.
