Cannot dive while in water in 1 block anymore for some reason, now you have to go to 2 blocks of water to dive,and as soon as the user not swim fast anymore or just stop swimming, the user just walks while swimming in water instead of just swimming. While innwater, you should be able to dive underwater while standing or sitting in 1 block of water in game, and not 2.
