Chunks not loading properly

Even though I am around the concerning Chunk, if I jump into this 16x16 block area or just move fast (for example in a water elevator) some blocks won't load properly. Their Texture is missing, the only thing you will see is a blue gradient which fades into the block texture after a few seconds. This also happens, when I do farm blocks with Efficiency V, Haste or in general with Insta-Mine, at some blocks their will be caused the same issue. 

If you bridge in in the mountains or over a big lava-lake in the nether, this can be very distracting and furthermore confusing. I hope, that the next Update will fix all the problems, that came with the last hot fix.
