Placing blocks outside the chunk border causes them to slowly fade in instead of being loaded in instantly

What is the issue?

In the newest beta, Windows 10 got the new Render Dragon engine. With the new engine, more issues came. One of these issues is that newly-placed blocks sometimes fade in instead of instantly loading in. This mostly happens when you place blocks really fast.

How to reproduce

Simply place blocks really quickly and you will see them fade in instead of having being loaded in immediately.

The footage of me jump bridging should show you the bug in action

Provide more evidence please. What block were you holding?

I was holding blackstone. It works with any block.

it's because the block has just loaded in, not the texture of it, just like chunk loading, doesn't happen with the old engine though

NOTE: This only affects platforms with the Render Dragon engine such as Windows 10, Xbox One, and PS4.
