Other realm members who live at other locations are able to join but when realm owners join (we both play from the same location) join game crashes within 1-5 minutes.
Resolutions that did not work:
restarting
Using either account to log in
Only one player log in from this location (tried both accounts)
Connection speed check: dl 672.2 Mbps ul 107.8 Mbps
Rollback to when issue started
Copied into new realm and still crashes
