We can't get our Switch to log in to our Microsoft account. This has been two months now that we have had this issue. What's the timeline for fixing this??? Totally unfair that Switch players aren't able to use your online platform.

Do you get any error messages when you try to login?

It basically seems like it times out. I just tried it to get the error code and it took 15 minutes. Finally a dialogue box came up and it said: “Failed to Login: we tried to sign into your Microsoft account but something went wrong.”
Our internet is fine. Any other game on the Switch will work fine. I can play Mario 35 online forever. The only issue we have is when we try to log in to our Microsoft account on Minecraft.
We even switched profiles on the Switch and created a new Microsoft account. Same issue.

I do use a browser. It works about 0.01% of the time. The other 99.9% it doesn’t. This is (I’m fairly certain) a known issue. There was a “fix” released, but it doesn’t work still. I honestly feel like this is almost on purpose to make people switch to a Microsoft system to use it.
