If a lodestone block is placed on top of a deny block, it doesn't allow you to actually use a compass on the block to turn it into a lodestone compass unless in creative. Would be ideal to be able to still use a compass on the block in survival, like you're still able to use work station blocks.

Apologies for the late reply. In response to the above, following further investigation:
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Do "/give @s deny"
2. Place down a deny block in any location.
3. Place a lodestone at any location above this deny block.
4. Get a compass and do "/gamemode s"
5. Try to link the compass to the lodestone.
Observed Results:
You are unable to connect the compass to the lodestone.
Expected Results:
I expected you to be able to connect this, as this would help via map-making by allowing users to have a compass to re-locate spawn but still be unable to grief.
