[MCPE-11514] Flying strings

I found this bug in 0.13.0.b3

Er.. it's a little little problem. It's like carpets, but we can 'Walk' on the flying strings. It's.. it's scary, but cool.

This is so you can lay out string for trip wire traps. I can't see how this is a bug without more explanation as to the issue it's causing.

EDIT: I don't think being able to walk on them is the intended effect, this may indeed be a bug after all.
