There are less lags in Beta 4, but they are still here.
Problem is still here in 0.13.0 Beta 1, 2 and 3 on Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 Wifi
I disabled water animation and fancy graphic and then, no lags.
It was laggy only in 0.13.0 on the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1.
