My brother invited me to join house realm about as year ago. Now I'm completely unable to play in that realm which I've been enjoying for over nine months. I'm forcibly disconnected from the server every 30 seconds. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling. I have tried signing out and signing back in. I have checked my internet connection. I am not a tech genius, I would just like to be able to use the app to play my game. This disconnection issue is happening on both my iohine and ipad, so whatever is causing the problem does not seem to be local.
