Break the doors, dropped items

This is weird, when you break the door in creative, it must be not drop anything. But when you break the top door, drops door's item.

How To Reproduce:

1. Place any door

2. Break the top door

Expected Results:

The door doesn't drop anything

Observed Results:

The door drop item (door's item)
