Yesterday I was randomly added to beta when I didn't select join beta on google play. I knew it was an easy fix so I just uninstalled Minecraft and reinstalled it after selecting leave beta. My worlds seemed to be back to normal, but I tried opening my main survival world and it said that a newer version of the game ran it so now I can't connect to the world. I had just gotten full netherite and I had an awesome house. I'm really disappointed that this happened even though I didn't even want to join the beta program. I might try copying the world, but if it doesn't work, I'll be pretty bummed.

You can use an NBT editor to change the version that the world was last opened in. But beware of bugs that can come out of downgrading. Also, try checking your Google account for a compromised password. If you didn't sign up for the beta program, somebody might have gotten ahold of your account.
