[MCPE-115518] I cant access a realm due to internet problems although i dont have internet problem

I cannot access a realm of a friend of mine due to not existing internet problems

I can confirm for Windows 10. I can't join servers unless it's the first thing I do upon starting Minecraft. Restarting the game fixes the problem.
