So sick of being fobbed off. Paying for a realm that kicks us all off as soon as we get onto the game. Just telling me it has been resolved as others are experiencing the same thing is not a resolution. 3 weeks we have paid for a realm which isn't letting us play. It took us a long time to accomplish all we have with this realm and is a way of the kids being able to interact with their dad whilst he is away working. Can you please sort this issue
So sick of having no easy way of contacting anyone to report issues and the problem going on for so long.
