[MCPE-115941] Profile not loading

I have minecraft on my Nintendo switch and on my android. As of last night my three of my character wouldn't load in. And I have lost my coins in the marketplace. I have also lost my purchased skins. Attached is an image of the issue and the skin that I had that I cant recover.
