I reported that the game crashes a few days ago, and someone commented that the error is INVALID. I still can't play the game I paid for twice, i still can't play it. Please help me, how long will it take? Please help!! 🙂

I think you'll need more details for them to really look into it on this side. What were you doing when it crashed? Did you lose progress from the crash or did the game close but save your progress? Do you have a farm heavy world? These types of details will help determine if it's an issue with the game or if it's something that can be resolved through the crash support.

As noted in your prior report, crashes such as these are automatically sent to the developers. Most reports of crashes, like this one, do not contain enough information for the developers to determine what the cause of the crash might be, but the automatically logged information contains many details. However, if you can provide a list of actions within the game that someone else can repeat to reproduce a crash that would make a valid report.
In addition, this bug tracker is not a help / customer service site. You can visit Community Support for help, however with a random crash there might not be anyone who would know how to fix it.
