This issue has been going on for our realm since approximately 1/12/21 with only a few evenings where people have been able to play and not lose their progress. I submitted a help request and was directed here.
I think you'll need more details for them to really look into it on this side. What were you doing when it crashed? Did you lose progress from the crash or did the game close but save your progress? Do you have a farm heavy world? These types of details will help determine if it's an issue with the game or if it's something that can be resolved through the crash support.
