The "Blocks" slider in the sound settings doesn't control stepping sounds, even though these are block specific.
Stepping sounds are currently controlled by the "Players" slider instead.
Notes: This is also inconsistent with the jumping & landing sounds, as they're controlled by the "Blocks" slider instead of "Players".
