In previous versions when mining if you keep the right click pressed it will mine the blocks it touches but in the last betas (1.16.210.56 and 1.16.210.57) when you mine all the blocks and it can no longer mine it stops mining and even if you go back to touch another block within mining range (6 blocks) you need to stop pressing right click and press it again to mine and this new function in minecraft bedrock is very annoying (in my case when flattening and making a perimeter) and I think that if in windows 10 it is better that in settings you can activate and deactivate it
