When a player attempts to join a realm the game loads up to "building terrain" and stays there for at least an hour then says fails to connect.
the realm was reloaded back up from the latest saved file but the user was still unable to connect to the realm.
user tried to log in from iOS but same result as when trying on the ps4
user is able to log in on other realms so internet is no issue.
