When killed, enderman will not drop pearls, regardless of how many are killed.

I'm sorry for being a pest, but the URL History MCPE-11623 that I followed
does not say anything. I must be reading it wrong. The only thing I see
besides the versions 1.8 and 1.9, is the "console edition" which says they
are implemented. How do I know what is implemented and what is not?
