Summary:
Blocks break with a delay when the player in the creative sneaks.
Steps to Reproduce:
Make sure your game mode is set to creative.
Sneak (hold shift).
Start breaking blocks (need to break without ceasing; without stopping moving and sneaking)
Observed Results:
Blocks break with a slight delay.
Expected Results:
Blocks will break without delay.

I was unable to reproduce this in 1.16.201 hotfix. I am also attaching a video (Blocks breaking correctly). Can you check that video and see if I was doing anything wrong?
